Contracting Process

If we accept your bid, our project manager will get in touch with you shortly after bidding has closed for the project. We require that you have general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance (if you have employees) and that you sign a master agreement (good for the calendar year) and a Purchase Order Contract or Acknowledgement (signed per job) to be hired.

Payment Process

We pay bills once a month – on the 10th. Typically, we pay for any work completed by the 25th of the current month on the 10th of the following month.

The scope of work outlining our expectations are defined by trade and we request that you thoroughly review that scope before bidding on our new construction projects.
