5 star reviews are often overrated, but not for Arbor Builders. I’ve lived in a new Arbor home for 2 years and it’s a well designed and well constructed home. But the most appreciated thing about Arbor is their service and support after the fact. They were thorough in addressing every last request, big and small, after a walk-through when the house was purchased, they explained clearly and upheld their promise during the warranty period, and they provided comprehensive documentation on the home and all its systems and appliances. Even after the warranty period ended Arbor has still been readily available for support with fast call backs and on-site visits. It’s a great team and they take care of the homes they build and the people who buy them.
