The Cottonwood-C
Our award-winning cottonwood model is a beautifully designed new home, based on Frank Lloyd Wright’s philosophies of indoor-outdoor harmony in living spaces, often found in his Usonian style homes. The Cottonwood-C elevation features the notorious Usonian flat roof lines.
As you move throughout the house you are greeted by openness and natural light. The master bedroom, towards the back of the home, incorporates windows in an open-concept design. It also includes a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in closet.
Hawthorn-B
The Hawthorn-B model is a new home design by Arbor Builders focusing on the mid-century modern design around harmony between the outdoor and indoor living space and has a prairie-style roof line. In this home you’ll find plenty of natural light and sliding glass door access to the patio area.

The Fraser model is a two-story home with 1906 Sq. Ft., beautiful hand-picked finishes, and a master on the main level.

The Sycamore model is a single-story new home that capitalizes on its open living area. The front elevation features a gabled roof line with pillars in front of a small front porch area.
